Iyar is the month of healing and renewal. This month follows the Exodus from Egypt, symbolizing a time of physical and spiritual recovery after the hardships of slavery. According to Jewish tradition, Iyar is linked to the tribe of Issachar, known for wisdom and understanding, which can inspire clarity and insight in times of challenge. The month is also connected to Lag BaOmer, a day of celebration and healing, where the Talmudic story of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai’s death marks a time of restoration. Iyar is seen as a period of inner growth, reflecting the healing process after the Exodus, both for individuals and for the Jewish people as a whole.

Yehezkel’s journey began 10 years ago when on a Birthright trip to Israel. Upon visiting Tzfat, he felt an immediate connection to the place and decided to begin exploring the mystical teachings he learned to be associated with the holy city. In exploring both Kabbalah and his own heritage, Yehezkel was able to trace his lineage back to the 13th century Kabbalist Avraham Abulafia ZT”L. After studying in Yeshivot in both the United States and Israel, Yehezkel has returned to Tzfat where his journey first began. Him and his wife Mia have decided to dedicate their lives to living and sharing with other the endless beauty of Torah and life itself.
Like the original Abulafia, Yehezkel believes that all Jews have the potential of reaching a state of prophecy. Moshe Rabbeinu himself wrote in the book of Devarim (Numbers): “Would that all the Lord’s people were prophets, that the Lord put His spirit upon them!” Yehezkel hopes to bring as many people as possible to their higher levels of consciousness, creating a world of more enlightened, self-aware people.

❖ I am aware that my reservation is binding from the moment I sign this form.
❖ Any issues regarding rooms/accommodation should be informed immediately at the front desk of the hotel. There will be no complains accepted and NO REFUNDS for after the retreat.
❖ Any issues regarding the retreat organization, should be informed by call or WhatsApp message immediately at the premises to the manager of the retreat (WhatsApp number 053-474-1874) to find a prompt solution. There will be NO REFUNDS for complains after the retreat.
❖ Waiver of Liability and Release:
Participant does hereby release and forever discharge Maim Haim Retreats from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action, which arise or may hereafter arise or are in any way connected to Participant’s involvement in the Retreat. Participant understands that this agreement discharges Maim Haim Retreats from any liability or claim that the participant may have against Maim Haim Retreats with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from participant’s involvement in the retreat, whether caused by the negligence of Maim Haim Retreats or otherwise.
Cancellation Fees:
❖ From the moment of booking until 21 days before the retreat – 25% of the reservation.
❖ From 20 days to 15 days before the retreat – 50% of the reservation.
❖ From 14 days to 8 days before the retreat – 75% of the reservation. ❖ From 7 days to the retreat date and no-show – 100% of the reservation.
If you’re unable to join us, you can transfer your reservation to someone eligible/suitable to attend, with a fee of 500 NIS for a new registration.
If the cancellation terms do not meet the conditions of the Consumer Protection Law, the cancellation fees outlined above will apply.
