OHR HADASH BREATH-WORK
Breathwork is a sacred practice of conscious breathing that gently releases layers of stress, emotional blockages, and stored pain from the body.
Through the breath, we return to neshima—the divine breath of life that Hashem placed within us. By shifting its rhythm and depth, we access expanded states of awareness, allowing healing, insight, and reconnection with the soul.
Rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by modern science, breathwork is a powerful vessel for teshuvah—a return to wholeness, clarity, and spiritual alignment. In each inhale and exhale, we meet the spark of ruach Elokim that sustains us.
SOUND BATH
Sound Bath is a therapeutic practice that uses sacred vibrations—through instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and harps—to bring the body, mind, and spirit back into alignment.
These frequencies gently soothe the nervous system, dissolve emotional blockages, and recalibrate our energetic field, allowing peace and clarity to emerge.
In the Jewish tradition, creation itself began not with form, but with sound: “And God said…” The voice of the shofar still echoes through generations, calling us to awaken and return.
Sound healing invites us into that original resonance—to attune ourselves once again to the Divine vibration that formed the world and lives within us.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT
Mindful movement is a sacred practice that integrates breath, alignment, and embodied presence—whether through yoga, mobility flow, or gentle stretching.
These practices promote strength, openness, and inner calm, while inviting us to reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
In Jewish tradition, the body is not separate from spirit—it is a vessel for divine light. The Zohar teaches that the soul illuminates through the body, and through intentional movement, we refine that vessel.
In this space, movement becomes prayer. Each breath, each stretch, becomes a quiet act of alignment—grounding spirit into form and returning us to the present moment, where the soul speaks.
DANCE THERAPY
Dance Therapy is a powerful form of somatic healing that uses movement to access and release emotions stored in the body.
Rooted in the Jewish understanding that the body is a vessel for the soul, dance becomes a sacred expression of inner truth. From the joyous dances of Miriam to the Hasidic traditions of ecstatic movement, Jewish history is filled with the use of dance as a way to connect with the Divine. In therapeutic settings, dance helps us move through trauma, reconnect with our bodies, and return to a state of wholeness and vitality.
ART THERAPY
Art Therapy is a creative healing modality that uses visual expression—painting, drawing, sculpting, and more—as a doorway to the soul.
It allows us to bypass the analytical mind and access the deeper emotional and spiritual realms where true healing begins. In Jewish tradition, creativity is seen as a divine spark, mirroring the Creator who formed the world through intention and imagination. The Zohar teaches that inner light is revealed through acts of creation, and the Baal Shem Tov emphasized that through creativity, the soul can express what words cannot. In this sacred space, art becomes prayer, release, and restoration.
SONG CIRCLE
The song circle is a sacred space where voices rise together in harmony, healing, and heart connection.
Through melody and shared intention, we awaken memory, soften barriers, and open the gates of joy, grief, and longing.
In Jewish tradition, song is not entertainment—it is soul expression. The Levi’im sang in the Temple, Miriam led the women in song at the sea, and David soothed hearts with the harp. Song carries prayer where words cannot go.
In this circle, we don’t sing to perform—we sing to remember who we are. Each voice is welcome. Each tone is a thread in the tapestry of return. Together, we create a space where Heaven and Earth meet in sound.
MEDITATION
Meditation is the sacred practice of quieting the mind and listening for the still, divine voice within.
In Jewish tradition, this inner turning is called hitbodedut—a form of solitude and contemplation deeply embraced by Rebbe Nachman of Breslov and other mystics.
Through breath, silence, and presence, we begin to align with the Infinite Light of the Creator. We access inner clarity, healing, and peace. The Kabbalists taught that in deep stillness, we hear the kol demama daka—“a still, small voice”—through which the soul communes with the Divine.
In a world filled with noise and distraction, meditation becomes a return: a journey home to ourselves, and to God.
SACRED SELF CARE
Self-care is more than relaxation—it is an act of sacred responsibility.
When we pause to nourish ourselves, we honor the vessel through which our soul shines. In Jewish tradition, the body is not separate from the sacred—it is a mikdash me'at, a small sanctuary.
Through gentle rituals of rest, touch, beauty, and breath, we return to our center. We soften the nervous system, release what no longer serves, and refill from the Source of life.
Self-care becomes a quiet form of teshuvah—a return to the self Hashem created. In these moments, we remember: tending to our own wholeness is an offering, not a luxury.
