Maim Haim Women's Retreats Director

Based in Tzfat, Rochel Leah is the Director of Maim Haim Women’s Retreats and KavConnect, Intl. She designs and facilitates events to help women discover their inner beauty and depth, and to bring women from around the world closer to the connection of the kedusha / holiness of the Land, Torah and teachers of Eretz Israel. “Every one of us has a creative spark inside of us. We join together to reflect on each others lights and talents and support each other as we look inside ourselves and find the inner G-dly light. We learn synergetically together as makabel/ mashpia (in this give/take relationship) to develop the tools to create a higher level of consiousness in the world.“ She founded the Shaar LNeshama School of Inner Torah for Women.

Singing, Drumming & Somatic Dancing 

Capping 20 years of diverse recordings – including her bestselling Miriam’s Drum, and The Water Castle – Tziona Achishena creates a lively, joyful & deeply soulful inspirational fusion of music. She also innovated the “Singing Circle”, where the performance includes the audience, opening a safe and inclusive space for women to gather in meditative and prayerful song. Achishena believes strongly in the power of women gathering and supporting one another.

Movement & Journaling

Based in Golan Heights, her intuitive nature and spiritual path guide her practice. She offers a compassionate, safe space for women to shift out of alone survival mode and into calm and vitality through connection and joy. She helps you tune into your body and soul’s wisdom, your strengths and places of brokenness, your yearnings and desires, and empower what’s needed to access more calm, clarity, and confidence in your everyday moments. Journaling helps access the place just below the surface - the treasure of your authentic, divinely-aligned, self most authentic self. 

Breathwork Workshop: 4 levels of Breath

A mystic, seeker, poet, a musician, writer, doula, childbirth educator, bodyworker, healer, Jewish meditation facilitator, movement teacher, and facilitator of Torah and psychology based healing workshops for women. Her passion is for intimacy and living authentically, vulnerably, and dynamically. She specializes in IFS (Internal Family Systems) combined with Somatic (body centered) therapy. She aspires to live, and to inspire others to live as true chassidot - with open hearts, depth, truth, overflowing love, creativity, and with whole bodies, hearts, minds and souls.

Art & Dance

Based in Pardes Hanna, Nechama Shaina holds a masters degree in counseling psychology with a specialization in both holistic studies and expressive arts therapy. She uses dance, drama, and visual art therapy addressing mind, body heart and spirit. She has many passions of Hebrew scribble arts working with IFS internal family systems, somatic work and more. She infuses spirituality and her deep knowledge of Jewish Mysticism and Hasidic philosophy in her work.  

Renowned Yoga Teacher

Based in Bat Ayin, Esther began studying yoga at age 14. Currently living in Bat Ayin, with her family, garden, and Bet Knesset. Esther has been teaching authentic heartfelt yoga for the past 40 years. “Loving to share with other women has always been a highlight for me“. Healing is daring to search deeper down into your heart. Through yoga, you can discover your own unique truth, recognize it for what it is, accept this, and move forward while fears continue to weigh upon us. We bravely and proudly acknowledge ourselves to dance and be joyful! We allow the mind to quiet and self-care to begin.

Musician / Singer Songwriter

Chasida of Rebbe Nachman who strives to serve G-d with simplicity and purity. A classically trained violinist, she discovered the power of healing with sound after a car accident which also came with a spiritual awakening. She is a principal player in the professional women’s orchestra Zamora, teaches, and plays music for the elderly. She is searching for the song of redemption.
